To play, you need at least two people. Games are played in groups of two to five people. If you have six or more people, you can split into smaller groups and switch players at any time while in the gaming area.

While GRID X welcomes walk-ins, availability cannot be guaranteed. It's always best to book an appointment ahead of time online to ensure that we can accommodate you. Thank you for your understanding!

The minimum age to participate in GRID X is 6 years old. GRID X games are designed for adults and may be challenging for children under 10 years old. Children 6-10 years old: Children aged 6-10 years old must be accompanied by a paid adult in the game rooms at all times. The paid adult also counts towards the team size of 2-5 players. If there are more than 5 players in your group, teams can be split up, but an additional adult will be required in each grouping. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

As an active gaming experience, GRID X requires players to run, jump, climb, crawl and throw in many of our game rooms. To create a more engaging experience for our guests, we have added elements to make the experience more immersive, such as flashing lights, loud music, and fog. Most games at GRID X involve differentiating colours of the same family and vibrancy. While all players are welcome to play at GRID X, we ask those with pre-existing health conditions to use caution and check with their medical professional before attending when necessary. GRID X staff are happy to guide you through our facility anytime during store hours before you book to determine if GRID X is right for you.

GRID X is an active experience. We suggest wearing clothes that make you feel comfortable running, jumping, crawling, and climbing in. Clean running shoes are required. People wearing heels, open-toed shoes, or sandals (including closed toe sandals) will NOT be allowed to participate.

At GRID X, you don't need to worry about booking a specific room because you have the freedom to explore and enjoy as many or as few rooms as you'd like. We want you to have the best experience possible, so feel free to make the most of your time here.

To report a lost item, please call or email at 0311 11GRIDX (47439) or info@gridx.pk to provide a description of the item. Lost & Found items will be stored at the GRID X location until the end of the business day, after which they will be handed over to Mall Security.

Guests may bring their own water bottles. These must be stored in the lockers, as water bottles are not allowed inside the gaming rooms. All other outside food and beverages are not permitted in our facilities.

To ensure you have the best possible time, we strongly recommend booking online ahead of your visit. You can easily book online or over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee an available slot. Don't miss out on the fun - book your spot today!

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or we will offer the opportunity to reschedule for a later date. Please note that if you fail to show up at your scheduled time, no refund or reschedule will be honored.

When you check in, you will be assigned a locker where you can store your personal items. There is no additional cost for this service.
