Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable except in cases where Grid X cancels the booking.

Customers must cancel at least 4 hours prior to their booking time.

No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

In case of technical issues, compensation (if any) will be decided by management.
