01. General Terms
- Grid X is an entertainment and recreational facility.
- Entry and participation are subject to facility rules and regulations.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for safety, security, or misconduct reasons.
02. Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Online and walk-in bookings are permitted.
- Customers may cancel bookings through their dashboard according to the cancellation policy.
- Cashiers may cancel bookings that fall within the approved cancellation policy.
- Any cancellation outside the policy may only be performed by authorized Admin users.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the company's refund policy.
03. Age Requirements
- Participants under 18 years of age must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Parents or guardians accept responsibility for minors using the facility.
04. Health & Safety
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to take part in activities.
- Guests with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other health concerns should consult a medical professional before participating.
- All safety instructions provided by Grid X staff must be followed at all times.
05. Limitation of Liability
- Grid X shall not be liable for minor injuries, accidents, or losses arising from normal participation in activities, except where caused by the company's negligence or misconduct.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
06. Wristbands, Memberships & Accounts
- Wristbands and memberships are non-transferable.
- Misuse, fraud, or unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
07. Rewards & Loyalty Program
- Points, rewards, and promotional benefits remain the property of Grid X.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Grid X reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
08. Photography, Video Recording & CCTV
- CCTV monitoring may be used for security and operational purposes.
- Photos and videos taken at the facility may be used for marketing purposes with appropriate consent where required.
09. Privacy Policy
- Customer information will be collected and used only for operational, booking, membership, and marketing purposes.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable laws in Pakistan.
010. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
